A Daily Morning Prayer for God’s Divine Protection

This prayer is a call to God for His protection and guidance. It shows faith in His ability to keep us safe from harm and fear. It also asks for His angels to guide our steps.

The prayer sees God as our safe haven and fortress. It believes in His endless love and the shield of Jesus’ blood. It’s a great way to begin the day with faith, peace, and the knowledge of God’s presence.

Heavenly Father,

I come before You in the quiet of this morning, surrendering my heart and soul. You are my refuge and my fortress, my God in whom I trust. As I rise to embrace this new day, I ask for Your divine protection to surround me like a mighty shield.

Keep me safe from harm, seen and unseen, and cover me under the shadow of Your wings.

Lord, I do not know what this day holds, but I know You go before me. You prepare my steps and make my path straight. Guard my mind from fear and anxiety, and fill my spirit with courage and peace.

Let no weapon formed against me prosper, and silence every voice that seeks to bring discouragement or doubt. Strengthen me in moments of weakness, and guide my thoughts so that I walk in wisdom and discernment.

Father, I ask that Your angels encamp around me and my loved ones. Keep us from accidents, illness, and any schemes of the enemy. Let Your presence be a hedge of fire around my home, my workplace, and everywhere my feet may tread today.

Lead me away from temptation and deliver me from evil, for Yours is the kingdom, the power, and the glory.

Lord, I place my trust in You completely. I will not fear the troubles of this world, for You are my shield and my strong tower. I declare that I am covered by the blood of Jesus, hidden in Your love, and guarded by Your faithfulness.

Thank You, Father, for being my protector, my guide, and my ever-present help. I step into this day with confidence, knowing You are with me.
